By accessing and using the EX-SGHS website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2 Membership & Registration

• Membership is open to all ex-students of Satkhira Govt. High School.
• Registration information must be accurate and truthful.
• Each member is allowed one account only.
• The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

3 Payment Policy

• All payments are processed securely through ShurjoPay payment gateway.
• A gateway processing charge of 2.5% applies to all transactions.
• Registration fees, event fees, and donations are non-refundable.
• Payment confirmation is sent via the platform after successful processing.

4 Events & Activities

• Event registrations are subject to availability and event-specific terms.
• EX-SGHS reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events.
• Event fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
• Members must behave respectfully during all EX-SGHS events and programmes.

5 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information is collected for membership management purposes only.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
• Member photos and information may be used for ID cards and internal records.
• You may request correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

6 Donations & CSR

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• All donated funds are used solely for EX-SGHS activities and community development.
• Donation records are maintained and can be viewed by the donor from their profile.

7 Limitation of Liability

EX-SGHS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided "as is" without any warranty.

8 Changes to Terms

EX-SGHS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
